Heartfire Kundalini

Healing is self-justice.

Healing is the surest road to self-justice — and it all begins in the body.

I offer in-person Kundalini yoga classes in Montreal, with online options coming soon. Through breathwork, mantra, movement, meditation, and deep relaxation, I help people release trauma, move beyond chronic stress, and reconnect with their truest, most intuitive selves.

I also offer Embodied Writing workshops (a potent healing fusion of Kundalini and creative writing), designed to help us express the stories we hold in our bodies.

Known as "the yoga of awareness," Kundalini awakens dormant energy at the cellular level. It strengthens the glandular and nervous systems while expanding consciousness, so healing ripples inward and outward — from personal transformation to collective liberation.

Kundalini yoga arose from spiritual traditions in Punjab, North India, carrying deep influences from Sikhism and Hinduism. While not a religious practice, it remains profoundly spiritual — my approach is to honour its roots while welcoming anyone seeking growth, justice, and inner truth.

I believe true yoga is not just personal: it’s a subversive commitment to healing ourselves and the world around us. I'm honored to share these transformative practices with anyone ready to rise.

OUR CLASSES

Popular classes & offerings

From group Kundalini yoga classes, to private classes, to classes specifically designed for workplace wellbeing (I'm looking at you, community orgs!), there is always a way to work this ancient wisdom practice into your life. I also offer therapeutic Embodied Writing (EW) group and private sessions. EW is a marriage of Kundalini elements and creative writing prompts designed to unleash the stories we hold in our bodies.
